The refurbished Hofsteden holiday homes enjoy a quiet setting on the edge of holiday resort Aquadelta. There are two different types.

There's a 10-person semi-detached home (NL-4311-42). This has a living room with smart TV and a kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. You'll also find one bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. The remaining three bedrooms and two bathrooms are situated on the first floor. The bathrooms are fitted with a shower and there are two separate toilets. There's parking space for two cars.

There's also a detached 20-person home (NL-4311-44). This accommodation consists of two 10-person holiday homes. This means you'll have two living rooms, two kitchens etc. There are two ground-floor bedrooms and bathrooms. The remaining six bedrooms and two bathrooms are situated on the first floor. The bathrooms are fitted with a shower and there are two separate toilets. There is parking for four cars.

The furnishings are comfortable and complete. All bedrooms are furnished with single box-spring beds, either in twin or double room set-up. These holiday homes are child-friendly. There's a safety gate at the top of the stairs for example, and you'll also have a cot, baby bath, playpen and high chair at your disposal. There is also a garden with a terrace and garden furniture.

This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
