“Great bungalow and clean. A little dated but that's not a problem. Some extra adjustments in the bathroom such as a shelf to put the toiletries on is nice. The frying pans in the kitchen should also be looked at. Broken non-stick coating is not good for health.”

“It was a good choice to come to this Belvilla house. Very suitable accommodation, especially since we are only 2 people. Very smartly decorated and you have everything you need. Congratulations! Just adding a toaster would make it even better. Beds and showers ok. Very well located for walking and cycling. I suspect it is not possible to swim here, but it is not the season for it and it is not for us.”

“We arrived on Friday 08/09 afternoon. From Sunday afternoon after the heavy rain it started to stink terribly and it doesn't stop. We have had to keep the windows closed since the afternoon. In the morning at 8:00 a.m. the Verkoopkantoor opposite our domicile No 55a starts working with a roar. The holiday village is only sparsely inhabited. Despite this, our neighboring property is mowed from 8:30 a.m. - how are you supposed to spend a relaxing holiday here??? Another complaint: They advertise that the sea is 300 m away. This beach is not walkable and for us probably the cause of this stench, as the sea here is a canal with brackish water! At least that's what it looks like. This is misrepresentation. We will get in touch with our contact person and ask for a quiet oceanfront home as booked by us in good faith!”

Then we miss a normal wall clock, a fly swatter. and the other time for the people who come after us a clean coffee pot. As a grade I want to give them a 5 or 6”

No bed linen to rent, no welcome pack (garbage bags, dishwashing sponge, etc), broken drying rack, cobwebs inside and outside, poorly maintained garden, missing inventory (whisk, good measuring cup), patio door cannot be closed properly (gets stuck), many lamps are defective, towel radiator dirty, freezer door hard to open. In short: MANY areas for improvement.”

Cities like Renesse and Middelburg can be reached quickly by car and there are great ways to go on nice trips by bike. There is also a small playground for children in the village (5 minutes on foot) and my child had a lot of fun walking in the mudflats. Always my pleasure!”

“The cottage in Kattendijke is a fine house in itself. Stylishly furnished and with a garden bordered by a hedge. Users should be aware that they may experience some inconvenience from the park's workshop located opposite the cottage. In addition, the cottage lacks facilities such as a Senseo, mixer, toaster and glassware is also only available to a limited extent. But those who love cycling and appreciate the Zeeland landscape can spend pleasant days here. Finally, we consider the cottage less suitable for people with children.”
