These unique, detached, single-storey beach houses are located directly on the sandy beach of the Oosterschelde at holiday park Beach Resort. It's located at 3.5 km from the town of Kamperland and only 5 km from the beautiful North Sea beach (Banjaardstrand). But you don't really need this, because you have a beach in front of your door; what a luxury!

Because the beach house is built on stilts, you reach the entrance via a staircase. The nice terrace is separated from the stairs by a stair gate. The beach house is furnished in a comfortable and complete way and of course features conveniences such as a dishwasher and microwave. There are two bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds, pushed together to make a double bed. Both bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom with shower. In the hall, there is a separate toilet. A cot can only be placed in the living room.

What really matters in these beach houses, is of course the outdoors. From your terrace with garden furniture, you will have a fantastic view of the beach and the sea. Of course, you also have this from the living room. The handcart can be picked up free of charge (during opening hours) from the bicycle rental of holiday park Beach Resort. There is parking space for one car in the central parking area.

At holiday park Beach Resort, various beach houses, holiday homes and chalets can be booked for four to fourteen people.

You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately
Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted
This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
Pets will be allowed on request only and a mandatory final cleaning fee applies

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
