Luxury and comfort with an eye for detail! A picture to see, even nicer to spend your holiday. This holiday home has been newly realized in a former Zeeland barn. The house has its own special character. Old rafters, robust wooden stairs and men's doors that adorn the entrance provide an industrial and atmospheric style. Nothing is missing in the luxurious open kitchen. Oven, dishwasher, microwave are of course available. The living room offers plenty of space and gives access to the terrace through the patio doors. There is a full bathroom with Sun shower and bath on the ground floor. On the first floor are 2x 2-person bedrooms. There is a separate toilet. Via a split level you reach the 2nd floor where the master bedroom can be found with an ensuite bathroom with shower and sink and a 2-person room with single beds (open bedroom).

The garden is spacious and beautifully situated separated by a large private terrace with comfortable garden furniture and a BBQ. There is ample parking, behind afforestation including a charging station for charging an electric car. Wifi is available free of charge and Chromecast is available to watch your own Netflix, YouTube, etc. The family home is located 1 kilometer from Vrouwenpolder and in the middle of the polder. The second terrace provides wonderful shelter to enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. This house can be combined with Lepelstraat 18A, creating a large holiday home for 15 people. There is a shared washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron to use.

Vrouwenpolder is a pleasant family seaside resort, on the beach and borders two beautiful nature reserves between Domburg and Vrouwenpolder: the Manteling (740 ha), a wide strip of land with dunes and forests and the Oranjezon dune area (400 ha.).
Specifics: If you are staying with a baby (0-3 years), the tourist tax will be paid on the spot.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
