This attractive detached new 10-person villa is located on a generous 500 m2 plot in Park De Schotsman. The holiday home is exclusively available for recreation purpose only.

This small-scale park, surrounded by greenery, is a perfect base for both an active and relaxing holiday. The North Sea beach is a short distance away. The spacious driveway offers space for several cars.

Upon entering the villa you have access through the entrance with guest toilet to the living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The spacious living room with two separate sitting areas and patio doors to the terrace has a wood stove and flat screen TV with digital TV and foreign channels. The attractive open kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer with a cozy dining area for 10 people. A very spacious bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and patio doors to the south-facing garden. The large bathroom has a double sink, bath and separate rain shower. From the hall you have access to the stairs to the first floor via a staircase. A spacious landing gives access to four large bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. The villa is very spacious and is located on a spacious plot with a lovely large sun terrace on the south with comfortable garden furniture, a picnic table, two sunbeds and a large awning. On the veranda is a sitting area with an outdoor fireplace. Rain or shine, you can always enjoy your holiday here in an atmosphere. In the storage room with extra fridge-freezer, washing machine and dryer there is also room for your bicycles. The fenced garden has a lot of privacy and is ideal for children and pets and there are three parking spaces at the villa.

This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
