The luxury apartments are situated in two stylish apartment buildings on the outside of the wonderful Noordzee Résidence Dishoek holiday resort. This is a lovely, small-scale holiday park.

There are two different types of 4-person apartments. The standard type (NL-4371-12) has two bedrooms and one bathroom. There's also a more luxurious 4-person type (NL-4371-13). This apartment is more spacious and features two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and two balconies.

All apartments feature a modern, complete and comfortable interior.

Each apartment comes with a balcony, garden furniture and parking space for one car. All apartments are equipped with a washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, combination microwave, a Nespresso machine, underfloor heating in the living room and free Wi-Fi. All beds are comfortable box-spring beds and there's a separate toilet. Both apartment buildings are fitted with a lift.

Your apartment booking includes made beds upon arrival, final cleaning, a coffee/tea set and a Rituals toiletries set. On the day of your departure, we will also empty the dishwasher and change the bed sheets for you.

Noordzee Résidence Dishoek also offers stylish luxury holiday villas for rent. There's a choice of 4-person, 6-person and 8-person villas.

You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately
Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted
This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
Pets will be allowed on request only and a mandatory final cleaning fee applies

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
