“We were received very friendly by the landlord and he showed us the entire house. The large living room with comfortable and enough seating and the adjoining dining area and large kitchen corresponded to our complete ideas. The windows are well insulated, so you can hardly hear the nearby, busy street. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable on this scale. The cleanliness of the house, especially the kitchen, we would list as the only lack. We will definitely come back to this house.”

“House is old and the roof is leaking, also mold. Several heaters were installed so it appeared that the central heating had been defective for some time. This could therefore / should have been stated on the website. The specified number of the homeowner did not exist. This was also the only number that Belvilla had so contact with the owner was not possible due to arrival. In addition, I find it very strange that this house has received such good reviews.”

“At the start we had to insist to be able to check in around 4 pm because of small children. The homeowner preferred that we would check in at 5 pm for cleaning. We received an SMS with an access code. The cleaning left the wishes, as a result of which we cleaned at least 1 hour ourselves and removed spiders including the spider web. Housing is equipped with everything from plates to pans to glasses. Double dishwashers and refrigerators. Dryer etc. The double bedroom on the ground floor was damp and awkwardly laid out. Other rooms were neat as on pictures. The sauna instructions must be taken very closely. Unfortunately we were unable to use the sauna because of this. Read the instructions carefully! The first evening it appeared that one of the shower, toilet and sink on the top floor was clogged. This reported to the homeowner. Then he arrived at a time when we were not at home. On departure he came with a plumber. The costs were almost 500 euros! And the homeowner has put these costs in our shoes! Fortunately we were insured for this through Bellvila, but this does not deserve a beauty prize to redecorate your house in this way. We are not going back to this house!”

“Well arranged arrival. The accommodation was well furnished but not really clean. The garden was a bit too small for us. At the back of the terrace you have a nice view but with the high hedge you cannot enjoy it. The busy road also bothered us.”

“During our stay the weather was fantastic so we went outside a lot and made grateful use of the beautiful stone bbq "s. The house is very complete. A private shower and toilet in each room is very nice. Furthermore, all amenities are spacious enough available. The cleaning may be a bit better and the billiards must be repaired. The legs were loose so that the billiards can fall on your toes. The TV does not offer Dutch channels, so take a cable with you if you go ) still wants to watch the NL TV channels.”

“Great house with a good price / quality ratio. Location is admittedly on a busy road, but you certainly do not notice it at the rear. Large terrace with unobstructed views. Location is also good for visitors (like us) on the circuit Spa-Francorchamps. Kitchen is well equipped for large groups. Sufficient glasses, plates, cutlery and pans. Also sufficient capacity in the refrigerators. Bedroom with private bathroom are clean. Do take into account dormitory (bunk beds). Great for the youth. There is no key transfer. You will receive a code to open the front door. However, a telephone number of the owner. You can call them if there are details to report. A welcome drink.This was the third stay of our group in this house. Again gave birth. Next year again.”

“Ideal home for families with (small) children. Lots of entertainment, especially indoors but also outside.The kitchen is very well equipped. The 2 large fridges, ice maker and 2 dishwashers came in handy. Furthermore, more than enough cutlery, plates, etc. It is pleasant to stay on the sunny terrace. The 2 bbq's have done a good job.Bakker, superette, butcher, restaurants all within walking distance! We will definitely go back!”

Enjoy your stay at this luxurious 7-bedroom holiday home in Francorchamps with a private sauna in the relaxation area to stretch out after a tiring day. The holiday home is excellent for family get-togethers with up to 18 persons.

The stay is 1 km from the town centre, where you can go for your daily groceries and enjoy a hearty meal. There is a lake at 1 km for a pleasant day out and watching sunsets. If you fancy a day by the sea waters, you can drive 30 km and make it come true. You must explore the town of Spa with its medicinal thermal baths, Stavelot with its abbey and Malmedy with its culinary specialties.

The centrally heated holiday home has table football and billiards equipment. There are 2 barbecues to enjoy barbecuing on the terrace until the late hours. In the private fenced garden, you can have delicious home-cooked meals and linger with a cool drink. For the youngest guests on holiday, there are a children's bed and a high chair. Parking is available.
