These modern and comfortable accommodations are spread across the North Sea Residence Cadzand-Bad, which boasts a spacious layout.

You have a choice of various kinds. There is a 4-person attached accommodation (NL-4506-30) and a 5-person attached accommodation (NL-4506-24), both in a row of three. The three different units are reached through a shared corridor, though they all have their own front door. NL-4506-30 comes with a Child Plus Package (cot, high chair, playpen, child's wagon, stair guard, covered wall sockets and an enclosed garden. There is also a 6-person detached variant with a sauna (NL-4506-25). This villa has a bedroom and a suite bathroom on the ground floor. There is also a luxurious 8-person (NL-4506-31 with private sauna and terrace heater), 10-person (NL-4506-32 with infrared and covered terrace), 10-person detached villa (NL-4506-43 with four bathrooms, infrared sauna and covered terrace. Some have a fireplace: you have to pay extra costs to reserve this in advance) and 13-person detached villa (NL-4506-26). The latter consists of the entire row of three houses, including NL-4506-24 and NL-4506-30, so you even have three kitchens and three living/dining rooms. All three ground floors are connected by interior doors. This is ideal if you are holidaying with a group of multiple families, so you still have your own space but can mingle as you wish.

You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately
Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted
This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
