Attractively furnished holiday home with a covered and heated terrace
Located on the edge of the park, you have all the space and privacy to relax and to sit in or out of the sun. The holiday home is equipped with all (household) conveniences, including WIFI and a large smart TV. You have your own parking space. The holiday home is 10 minutes by bike from the beach and center. The only thing you hear in the early morning are the birds!

Due to a recent extension, the holiday home has a large spacious bedroom and a lovely, partly covered terrace with heating, outdoor kitchen and barbecue on the south. A spacious living room with cozy wood stove, nice (sleeping) couch and separate sitting area. The bedroom has a double bed of 180 x 200 and is spacious and has direct access to the covered terrace. The kitchen has a large 6-burner stove with large oven and is fully equipped. There is a Nespresso machine, microwave toaster and kettle. Round dining table with 5 chairs.

An open spiral staircase leads to the upper floor where you will find 2 bedrooms: a bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 2.00 and a bedroom with a bed 90 x 2.00. There is a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and towel radiator. Next door is a separate toilet. In the utility room you will find a large fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer and tumble dryer. The holiday home has been recently renovated and has a lot of privacy. The outdoor area with heating is great for lounging.

In the garden there are several seating areas and the backyard has a large sunny terrace which is completely sheltered behind a schurveling. A seat has also been made on top of the schurveling and from here you have a beautiful view of the surroundings. A schurveling is a form of dike that can be found throughout Ouddorp and is very typical for Ouddorp and the surrounding area.

Parking is possible at the house.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
