An inviting holiday home with a luxurious appearance on the North Sea Park, where you can enjoy a wonderful carefree holiday with your family and four-legged friend. The park has a tennis court that you can use for free and a small playground. You enter the hall where you enter the kitchen on the right. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a separate dining area. The adjacent living room has a comfortable leather sofa with extendable footstool. There is a spacious TV so you do not have to miss your favorite programs. The conservatory adjoins the living room with French doors to the garden, where there is an extensive garden set, a hammock and a beautiful BBQ. several terraces to relax in. In the conservatory there is a spacious dining table where you can enjoy a meal. separate shower.This can be booked separately.Via the hall you can take the stairs upstairs, where there are 3 bedrooms and a separate room with many fitted wardrobes.The beds only have a single mattress of 80 x 200. There is a handcart available.-only for rent/bookable for touristic purposes and/or recreational use.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
