In a fantastic location in Katwijk aan Zee is this lovely terraced house. It is ideally located right next to the centre of Katwijk aan Zee, within walking distance of the shops and less than 100 metres from the promenade and beach. You will stay there comfortably with family or friends. An excellent place for a wonderful beach holiday!

For a cultural trip, the city of Leiden is definitely worth a visit. Besides being a cosy university town, the oldest in the Netherlands, it has a lively centre with various museums, shops and restaurants. By boat, you can also take a trip through the canals. Large cities such as Rotterdam, Amsterdam and The Hague are easily accessible by car or train.

The holiday home is fully equipped. The living room has doors opening to a small enclosed garden with a comfortable lounge sofa. On the 1st floor are the bedrooms with comfortable double beds. The small balcony offers a view of Katwijk's white church.

In Katwijk, you can park for a fee (about 2 euros per hour on the street, 10 euros per day in the parking garage). Free parking is at least 1 km away from the property.

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
