“Small, fine retreat with a long (family) history on the edge of Ouddorp- a quiet oasis (2000sqm garden with swing, shed, seating) surrounded by holiday parks (Landal, Ridderstee,...) 1km to the beach, you can take care of yourself "by Marc" (restaurant, ice cream parlour, Spar supermarket, bike rental, dune playground - approx. 600m). We (three with a small child) immediately felt comfortable. Small, practical kitchen, dining/living room with a sunny terrace, new (rain) shower, washing machine. Very!!! steep stairs to the upper floor with 4 bedrooms, good mattresses. Thanks very much!”

“A very attractive house, small but smartly furnished and much more storage space than you might think at first glance. And very comfortable, good beds, nice and warm and all the household equipment you could wish for. Lots of privacy, very nice large garden and an environment where you can do many nice things, enjoy the outdoors. Most importantly: super close to the beautiful beach!”

“From Monday (June 15), as on all other days, woke up at 7 in the morning by the promised construction workers. At about 25 meters (photos and videos in my possession for illustrative purposes) all hell broke loose: from the bungalows under construction directly behind the garden ... screaming saw machines, popping staple guns with accompanying rattling compressors, carpentry, sawing. Constantly moving forklift trucks with even more annoying reversing beeps. The south wind blew all smells, sound and dust clouds over the house. Diesel fumes were blown into the garden from the road just behind the fence (distance from house about 10m). Rattling drill bits. Sharpening circular saws. The same forklifter constantly drove rounds from the park to the front to get or bring materials to the old (now fenced) parking lot. Heavy trucks across the dusty, dry construction site blowing thick dust clouds into the garden. The house under construction at the front got its new floor from a thumping concrete pump for a day. All day radio 538 with boenkerdeboenk music with loud screaming construction workers (literally to be understood!). Then you think it will be over at about 4. No ... until 5 and often later. A complete building cacophony in front and behind and around the house and garden. The same the next day etc.”

In principle, everything is available in the house and kitchen, what you need. Large garden with lots of space, great with children in summer .Beach and shop are within walking distance. Very steep stairs, only partially suitable for old people or people with disabilities.”
