The accommodations, built in Resort Poort van Zeeland in2016- 2018, are spread out over the resort. There are three different types.

There's a compact 4-person chalet (NL-3221-35). This chalet features one bedroom with two single beds and a mezzanine (lower than standing height). This mezzanine can be reached by means of the steep staircase in the living room. The bedroom is separated from the living room by a curtain.

There also is a more spacious ground-floor chalet (NL-3221-36). This chalet features three full-fledged bedrooms with two single beds each, some in a double set-up

There also is the 6-person chalet (NL-3221-37) with three bedrooms with two single beds each, some in a double set-up. There're also chalets with a bunk bed istead of two single beds.

The chalets are furnished in a modern and comfortable way. They all feature a complete kitchen with dishwasher and combination microwave (except for the NL-3221-35). You have access to a terrace with garden furniture. Each chalet has parking space for one car. In all chalets, except for the NL-3221-35, a cot can be placed. This is not possible in the bedroom though. The cot needs to be in the living room.

Type homes are divided into categories. Because these are private properties, they were decorated according to the owner’s personal taste and surface area, furnishing and size may vary – the level of comfort is as described, however. The arrangement of beds (sleeping places, separate beds or double beds) depends on the owner and cannot be determined beforehand. The pictures on display here serve as an example only
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted
This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
Pets need to be mentioned during the booking process due to limited availability
This accommodation is located in a holiday park. There are multiple units. To book more than one unit, please contact us via chat.

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
