“There is incorrect information on the Belvilla Site!! Turns out we still had to pay € 100 for cleaning, ridiculously high amount for the size of the apartment, Belvilla offers it on the Site including these costs, complaint indicated, but they also do not want to do anything about it in compensation for the costs or something so very bad!! In addition, our feeling was that we were being checked everywhere from the first minute, this is not allowed, this is not allowed....... We had a nice weekend, but that is certainly NOT because of the owner and Belvilla!”

“Great house for 8 people. Enough places to sleep, enough space to sit inside on the couch, or at the table, or in the garden. Furthermore, nice for small children with the tractors and skelters.In the bedrooms, mosquito nets have been thought of, so the window can be opened at night. Furthermore, everything is included, towels and bed linen. and not 4/5 stars is due to the fact that we as a group found all the beds too soft and uncomfortable.We got the idea that the beds were either of an extremely low quality or too old. IKEA mattresses would be a great option in our view. good quality and not too expensive for the owner.Furthermore, all bedding was included, but synthetic, very unpleasant.If these parts are improved, it would be a place I would like to come back, also because the owner is friendly and you as a guest you are free to pick apples, pears and plums.”

“We are very satisfied with this accommodation. We have been there for a weekend with our three children and their partners. In the cottage everything was present and in order. The two beds in the single room were put in the same room by the owner. Everything was clean and in good condition. The microwave and freezer are common between all stays. That should have been explained at the beginning.”

We thought this was the 1st year was that this was rented but turned out to be the 4th year! About the holiday home

Located in Haaksbergen, near Lake Ijssel, this is a 5-bedroom apartment with a furnished terrace to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The apartment can host up to 8 guests, be it a large family with children, two smaller families, or a group of friends.

Haaksbergen is located in the heart of Twente. It is renowned for the city of Enschede, its Grolsch beer, the rural life, and the vast landscapes of woods and meadows. The region is extremely well for walking, cycling, and mountain biking. The town center, with shops, restaurants, supermarkets, nightlife pubs, and street life lies at 6 km. The lake at 10 km is perfect to enjoy the sunset or to relax.

The living/dining room has all arrangements for entertainment when everyone gathers together. There is an oven to bake cakes and pizzas as per your wish. Children can play for hours in the sandpit and with the play equipment outdoors. Parking is available. A cot can be requested for an additional fee, while a high chair is already provided.
