This holiday home in Balkbrug is a beautiful 3-bedroom farmhouse that accommodates 8 people. Its thatched roof and peaceful surroundings offer a great country experience while its sauna and bubble bath give you city luxuries.

The area is surrounded by beautiful woods which are great for long walks and cycling trips. There's a lake 10 km away while restaurants and supplies are 4 km from the home.

The home has a garden with furniture and a terrace. It is child-friendly and has a children’s bed. You're allowed to bring 1 pet for € 6 per night.

“Cosy furnished house with lots of wood (we like that), beautifully situated in the countryside. Enough space for 5/6 adults. Nice wellness area with sauna and 2 showers. Outside a jacuzzi. Upstairs 3 bedrooms, unfortunately no toilet upstairs. Equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine. No dryer, but a drying rack. And it dries reasonably quickly in the wellness area. Only downside: the oven doesn't work very well. And there is no user manual. We enjoy it here!!”

“The reception was very friendly. The house was spacious enough for our family of 4. A second toilet would not be a luxury (upstairs for example). It is a beautiful, characteristic house, where the noise is part of it. The house was neat, clean and complete. The area is quiet and you can enjoy hiking. A trampoline would have finished it for our kids, but even without it everyone had a great time for a week. Slagharen at a short distance is nice to visit, A walk on the Ipadweg Experience Path Te Veeningen was also fun to do.”
