About the holiday home

In the area of Heino, Overijssel province, you'll find this detached holiday home in the middle of nature. There are 5 bedrooms and the house is ideal for a family with pets. A beautifully landscaped and maintained park-like garden of 3500 square meters, a view over the meadows and the Rechteren forest in the distance.
Badgers, deer, hedgehogs, squirrels, woodpeckers, cuckoos and many species of songbirds will keep you company every day.

The area offers various hiking and cycling routes through the beautiful hilly area of Salland. Nijenhuis castle in Heino is certainly worth a visit. A lovely day out? Options are picturesque Dalfsen or the cities of Zwolle, Deventer and Almelo.

The house offers a beautiful view and is a real playing paradise for children thanks to the trampoline, swings, sandpit, football goals and table tennis table. The garden is completely enclosed with a sturdy fence of approximately 1.20 m high, consisting of wooden posts and mesh. The entrance gate to the garden is about 1 m high. According to the reviews, the garden is very nice for dogs and their owners. The reviews show that the garden is highly appreciated by dog owners.

There are two bicycles available: one for him and one for her.

“A warm welcome with a cozy Christmas theme. we were there with 3 greyhounds and a toddler. they enjoyed the large enclosed garden (low fence). There are many outdoor toys for children. There is also an attic with many toys that my 3-year-old son really enjoyed. The house is cozy and the living room may feel a bit small in winter with a large group of adults and 3 dogs. You can reach the 2nd bathroom by walking around the outside. The house was very clean and the beds slept very well.”

“Beautiful surroundings with many meadows. Forest a little further away. Very large enclosed garden, where the dog and the kids can enjoy themselves. Property is a bit on the small side and noisy, but fully equipped. The stairs to the attic are narrow and steep, but the kids don't mind. 2nd toilet, sink and shower can be reached from outside. Unfortunately a lot of fly nuisance on the terrace (and also inside).”

“Small clean house with lots of indoor and outdoor toys. Good beds. With 6 adults and 2 children and a dog we are tight. The outdoor event is fine, space, silence, Lots of outdoor attributes. With good weather it is a great place to stay. Only bring towels and everything is neatly ready on arrival. Very fine. The immediate environment is very walkable and nice cities in the area. Heino also has the necessary supermarket, pizzeria, Chinese, snack bar and market. We had a good time, partly due to the fairly good weather. There is much to do in the area for children.”

“It was a nice house and felt like home very quickly. The peace and quiet was wonderful. There was a huge fenced garden and also nice for our 3 labradors. Our children stayed for a weekend, and the bouncy castle and table tennis game were very popular outside. We slept downstairs, beds were already made and mattresses were good. The black sofas were also good. The welcome was also nice, hostess was friendly. We went to the Sallandse Heuvelrug and you could also have lunch there, walked the blue route approx. 1 hour. Lemelerveld hiking area also has a beautiful environment there is a stone from the ice age, sometimes a little bit of climbing. I would like to come back to that house again because it felt so good and there are nice walking areas. Greetings from Capelle aan de IJssel.”

There are enough sleeping places, but in terms of living space it is limited. We have enough space with 4 people and 2 dogs. Cottage is complete and has sufficient resources. But the photos on the Belvilla site are more beautiful than reality. Environment is beautiful. Despite the rain we have a great time.”
