This detached and elegant holiday home is located in the nature-rich holiday park Resort Buitenhuizen. It is located in the middle of the Spaarnwoude recreation area and next to Spaarnwoude Golf Course. The North Sea beach is 13 km away and the pleasant capital of Amsterdam is 25 km away.

The single-storey holiday home is modernly furnished and wonderfully light and spacious due to the large windows and raised ceilings. The living room has a TV and the open plan kitchen includes a dishwasher and a microwave. There are two bedrooms, one with a 2-pers. bed and one bedroom with two 1-pers. beds. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet.

Enjoy time outdoors in the garden furnished with a spacious terrace and garden furniture. There is parking for one car directly at the holiday home.

At the Buitenhuizen holiday park resort, various holiday homes, tiny houses and chalets can be booked for two to six people.

Type homes are divided into categories. Because these are private properties, they were decorated according to the owner’s personal taste and surface area, furnishing and size may vary – the level of comfort is as described, however. The arrangement of beds (sleeping places, separate beds or double beds) depends on the owner and cannot be determined beforehand. The pictures on display here serve as an example only

This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
