This detached tiny house is located on the nature-rich holiday park Resort Buitenhuizen. It is located in the middle of the Spaarnwoude recreation area and next to Spaarnwoude Golf Course. The North Sea beach is 13 km away, and Amsterdam, the lively capital city, is 25 km away.

This nice, pleasant tiny house is finished with lots of wood and features a clever layout; small is beautiful! You will have lots of comforts but no unnecessary luxury; a wonderful stay for two people. The living room offers a TV and a nice pellet stove. This immediately provides a homely atmosphere. In the open kitchenette you will find, among other things, a combination microwave. Via a relatively steep staircase in the living room, you can reach the sleeping loft with double bed. Downstairs, there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Outside you have a terrace with garden furniture. The tiny house is located together with the other tiny houses, on a courtyard with shared facilities such as lounge sofas, a hot tub (wood available at the reception) and various hammocks. You park your car near the tiny house.

At the Buitenhuizen holiday park resort, various holiday homes, tiny houses and chalets can be booked for two to six people.

Type homes are divided into categories. Because these are private properties, they were decorated according to the owner’s personal taste and surface area, furnishing and size may vary – the level of comfort is as described, however. The arrangement of beds (sleeping places, separate beds or double beds) depends on the owner and cannot be determined beforehand. The pictures on display here serve as an example only

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
