This pleasant apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the beautiful city of Hoorn, right next to the city park. It is ideal for holidays with family or friends.

Enjoy a kilometer of sandy beach on the IJsselmeer with your family, the beach is located 1.5 kilometers from the accommodation and there is plenty of parking.

In the summer, the harbor and the Markermeer attract many water sports enthusiasts and those seeking tranquility. The harbor has developed into a water sports center with international flair. Amsterdam is only about 33 km and it can be reached quickly from Hoorn with a short train ride of about 35 minutes. Take a trip through the landscape around Hoorn and Medemblik, or enjoy a wonderful cycling or walking tour through the vast landscape. They lead you over small inner dikes, past old villages, or over the Omringdijk, which once protected the land against the sea.

The property offers WiFi and parking for the car. You can showcase your cooking skills in the well-equipped kitchen and relax with a drink of your choice in the atmospheric living room.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters.



Reservations for groups of persons under 23 years of age are not permitted

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
