On entering your holiday villa, you are greeted by a kitchen that immediately enchants you. The marble countertop exudes elegance, while the wine fridge is ready to keep your favourite wines at the perfect temperature. After a day full of adventure and fun, retire to the attractive and cosy bathrooms, equipped with heated and also illuminated mirrors and ample storage space. The bath offers you ultimate relaxation, while the Sunshower with infrared and tanning function offers you an invigorating wellness experience. The showers have a spacious walk-in and, finally, you set the mood yourself by adjusting the lighting in the room.

But this villa is not just for adults - the little ones have been thought of too! An assortment of toys and games, including the popular Stacking Stones, is ready to stimulate their imagination and keep them entertained for hours. The garden with trampoline is suitable for all seasons as the artificial grass is well-drained all around, so there will be no question of wet feet!

Callantsoog, on the North Holland coast, is one of the oldest and most beautiful seaside resorts in the country. The house is only 1 km from the beach, the dunes and the cozy center of Callantsoog. The beautiful white sandy beach is not only long and wide, but also clean and safe. There are no less than 6 beach pavilions and surf lessons are given. In the bustling center of the beach village are next to a bakery and ice cream parlor numerous nice stores, cafes, restaurants and terraces to find. The large supermarket is open 365 days a year from 8:00 to 22:00. The many polders, bulb fields, woods and heathland and the internationally renowned Zwanenwater nature reserve make Callantsoog an ideal base for cycling and walking tours. Attractive historical towns like Schagen, Alkmaar and Hoorn are just a stone's throw away. Culture lovers can indulge themselves in one of the many museums in Den Helder. From here it is also only 20 minutes by ferry to the Wadden Island of Texel.

From the outside the vacation home is an architectural masterpiece, entirely covered in durable zinc. Inside, the owner has furnished the house with an eye for detail. Natural and sun-bleached tones and materials give the interior a warm and somewhat Mediterranean feel. The large dining table in the cozy and fully equipped kitchen offers opportunity for endless dining and playing games. Besides fast and free internet everywhere, the living room is equipped with a large Smart TV with Netflix. A staircase down leads to a lounge with wood stove (with free firewood from October to March). Delicious box springs with M-Line mattresses in the bedrooms guarantee a good night's sleep. The luxurious bathroom offers all the comforts of a bathtub and large walk-in shower. The house is tucked away in an idyllic large garden with lots of privacy and is a nice and safe playground for children. On the various terraces is the sun all day. The outdoor kitchen with Green Egg from the famous Dutch interior designer Piet-Jan van den Kommer is during sultry summer evenings to feast. Next to the house is a storage room with washer-dryer and a bicycle shed. The spacious driveway provides 3 parking spaces.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
