The holiday apartment is located in our annex. Hidden among the trees, the outbuilding offers the sight of a secluded cottage in the forest. Yet the main building is only about 50 meters away. Granaat offers you the unique opportunity to enjoy a nice holiday in privacy, combined with the convenience of reception and restaurant within walking distance. This 4-bedroom holiday home can accommodate 8 people. Located on the highest dune of Bergen aan Zee, it is stylishly decorated with lots of design furniture and a splash of warm materials and fresh colours. It also comes with free WiFi, a large airy living room and a luxurious open kitchen, alongside a large terrace with outdoor furniture.

The unique location of this house ensures you get to relax in the gorgeous natural surroundings and take a walk on the beach along the North Sea coast in no time. The cheese town of Alkmaar is a must-visit and easily reached by car. Experience fine dining in the restaurant on the other side in a splendid building. A forest lies nearby at 300 m while general supplies can be availed 800 m away.

This holiday home is ideal for both the young and the old due to its quiet surroundings and nice tourist attractions. The adjacent apartment can fit 6 people, so the total capacity of this apartment can go up to 14.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
