This luxury bungalow in Julianadorp aan Zee is quietly located, within walking distance of the beach (10 minutes). It was completely renovated and preserved in 2023, with an eye on the future. When you arrive at the destination with your family, you will prefer never to leave!

The beautiful detached bungalow is located in a quiet neighbourhood on the edge of Julianadorp aan Zee in North Holland. You can walk to the beach (800 m) and it is worth exploring the beautiful surroundings on foot or by bike. Visit the bulb fields or rent a canoe in Julianadorp aan Zee. For trips, cities such as Amsterdam and Alkmaar, but also Texel, for example, are easily accessible.

The bungalow is efficiently furnished and equipped with all modern conveniences, ideal also for combining work and relaxation. The living room with fireplace offers a homely atmosphere and a smart TV. There is a lovely garden with a sheltered terrace, where you can enjoy a snack and a drink. While the kids are rocking you can enjoy a good book or newspaper from the comfort of your armchair.

This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
