This luxurious holiday home is in a wonderful quiet village of West-Graftdijk and has a parking space. It is the ideal starting point to the many sights in North Holland. It consists of 3 bedrooms that sleep a total of 6 guests. There are only double beds, no single beds. The house is ideal for families or three couples.

Start the day with a healthy walk along the lake, which is about 1 km from the property. Or plan one of the countless cycling routes. You can get your groceries at the supermarket 3 km away and the nearest restaurant is 4 km from the stay.

The accommodation is very fully furnished. The ground floor has a nice hall, kitchen, coffee machine, microwave, air-fryer, fridge. In the living room, you can sit by the fireplace listening your favourite songs on the stereo or by watching your favourite movie on the DVD player. On the first floor, you have a bedroom, double bed, TV, bathroom, bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet. The second floor features a bedroom, double bed, TV, DVD player. Of course, there is a great WiFi connection. If you don't want to eat out for an evening, you can prepare a delicious dinner in the kitchen yourself. The largely sheltered garden is furnished with attractive garden furniture. In addition, the house is now also equipped with smoke detectors and a CO detector.

You will find the nearest bus stop 1 km from the accommodation.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
