“The house itself is really nice. Unfortunately, the toilet flush was broken and only worked properly when it wanted to. The stairs are a bit dangerous, especially at night because of the faulty lighting. The worst thing, however, was that there was no hot water. The water was really ice cold, making it impossible to take a shower.”

“- The pictures are misleading; the couch was replaced with a small 2-seater, and the apartment underwent renovations, which, subjectively, were not for the better. - The toilet flush barely worked, and the bathroom had a persistent smell of urine due to water not reaching the front part. - The dishwasher emitted a sewage-like odor after use, and I spent two days searching for the source. - The heating and hot water failed; I received quick assistance after encountering a random employee in the area (after walking around for half an hour). However, the issue recurred 30 minutes later, and despite attempts to contact, calls and emails went unanswered. No one was present in the office during regular office hours. - An email response arrived four days later after multiple attempts, indicating that the proper channel for complaints is through Belvilla, as they are the landlords. No information was provided on whether or when they plan to address the reported defects. - Subjectively questionable design choices: - The gray table was repainted in blue, and the blue paint job is of poor quality, peeling off. - The roof slope above the head side of the bed has very rough plaster, posing a risk of injuring one's knuckles if there's movement during sleep. - Striking plates with sharp edges protrude over the door frame, posing a risk of injury. - Black stains on the shower wall were present, and their nature was uncertain and concerning. Despite these issues, I still categorize the experience as "bad" (rather than "very bad") because I believe it is possible for others to have a good time there, even though we did certainly not.”

“Vossehoeck 1 is a very nice holiday residence. The other accommodations in this park also look fantastic. No standard houses as in many other holiday parks, close to the center and the beach. Worth repeating .... will definitely be back !!!”

“Vossehoeck is a very high quality and tastefully furnished house. The best one is traveling by bike, then opens up the beautiful scenery. Kilometre-long, sandy beaches, every few hundred meters a beach cafes. Sea View is rare in NL, it can be seen from the sea, fortunately, only dunes. fine.”

Located on a farm, this apartment is walking distance to the sea and town center. You can take a ferry to see the seals at Ecomare on texel, visit the museums in Den Helder or see the Fort Kijkduin, the Marine museum, and the Helders Oorlogsmuseum on Fort Dirksz Admiraal.

The apartment has an enclosed garden with a lawn and terrace. The ground floor has the living area and kitchen while both the bedrooms are on the first floor.
