“We were received very nicely. The house is quiet, but still central. 5 minutes by bike to the center, bakery, bike rental in 2 minutes on foot. The hardware store across the street was closed. Great terrace to enjoy the summer outside.”

“Friendly reception by the owner. He lives behind the house in the summer. You have enough privacy. Neat house with good beds and near the bike rental and a bakery. Spacious garden with excellent garden furniture and sun position. Bergen center is 5 minutes by bike or a fifteen minute walk. By bike in twenty minutes in Bergen aan Zee and Alkmaar center.”

“The key handover was straightforward. The house is like a typical residential house in a beautiful and very quiet neighborhood. We do not like being in holiday parks, so the location was perfect. In 10 minutes walk you were in the middle of Bergen.”

“In the photo you can see the back of the house, which is located in a little side street just outside the village center. Opposite is a kind of building material treatment, which has already worked a little noise in the morning (recharge, rangieren etc.). Otherwise, it was quiet. There is ample parking space in front of the house. The landlord lives in another building on the property, was super nice and only to see if you needed it. As is usually the case in the holiday homes, the house has a large living room with a really large couch. The dining table is rather small, but three of us could sit comfortably and eat. The two rooms on the first floor are simple and functional the beds / mattresses were good. Also upstairs is the bathroom with 2 sinks, large corner tub, in which can also be showered. the stairs from the ground floor to the upper floor is very steep and slightly curved. For people who are wobbly on their legs, it is rather nothing. And another tiny little drawback - the toilet even smaller is not. For large, very heavy or not so mobile people it is already tight. The grill mentioned in the description was not available.”

“perhaps useful to mention that the washing machine is not in the house itself, after consultation with the owner who lives out we were allowed to use his washing machine. Carport is noted, but you can not use it as such. The latter not discussed because we ourselves have created a solution. <b>Aan Zee Holiday July "15<\/b> The washing machine is indeed the owner and can be used in concert.”

According to description a washing machine should be present, this was not the case. The existing in the Carport Description u. Pitch on the farm was not allowed to be used.”

“We liked the charming house for the traditionel style of rooftop and the comfort of the interior. The kitchen is small but well Arranged and the oven is professional and huge. It was good to have a heating system that works fast and gets the whole house hot very quick. The staircase is very steep but did is a common thing in dutch houses. A toilet upstairs would be conveniant but the bathroom is quite big and comfortable. All in all, worth the money and well hosted by Arnold! Thanks!”
