“A very comfortably furnished apartment on the 1st floor, the house is located on a very busy street during the day, it is quiet at night. We were warmly welcomed by Simone and felt right at home.The nature reserve starts right behind the house, the beach can be easily reached by car in a few minutes, it takes a little over an hour to walk through the dunes, but it's worth it , Public transport is also good, a lot can be easily reached by bus. You can make nice trips e.g. to Bergen, Alkmaar and Amsterdam, everything is also possible by bus and train. The apartment is very clean, the kitchen equipment could be a little better for my taste, at least if you also want to cook in the apartment. There is a large terrace, certainly wonderful in summer, but it may be that you don't have it to yourself if the apartment opposite is also rented out.”

“Nice apartment near the center of Schoorl. With the bicycle it is about 15 minutes to the sea. On foot about 1 hour to the sea. Good starting point for bike rides or hikes.”

“Very friendly welcome by the landlord living in the house. Small welcome pack consisting of coffee and tea and a bouquet of flowers. As usual, this apartment is only accessible via a steep staircase (the second bedroom is another floor up). Does not matter, we are (still) good on foot. We were two, all rooms are absolutely big enough. The roof terrace to the rear completes the package. However, it may be that you have to share the terrace with another tenant. Was not the case with us, since the second apartment was not rented. The apartment or the house is located on the main road (Heereweg), which leads to Camperduin. Right next to the house is the Italian La Grotta. The center is in walking distance. The dune area can be reached by bike in a few minutes. The Heereweg itself is very busy during the day, nothing is noticeable in the evening or at night. Unfortunately, there are only storage facilities for bicycles on the sidewalk. Our car was during the week on a public parking lot nearby, directly at the house only pay parking (parking meter). otherwise it was a relaxing week with good weather, good food and friendly people around it. We will definitely go back to Schoorl ....”

“We were received very friendly and were first led by the apartment. It was directly coffee and tea ready. The accommodation is a bit uncomfortable because you have to climb very steep stairs to get into the apartment. Nevertheless, the apartment is very nice. Very modern kitchen, spacious living room and enough space in the bedrooms were also available. The area surrounding the property has no negative points. A supermarket is within walking distance, the beach is also great to reach by bike and the city is very lively. Opposite the supermarket there is a bike rental for those who do not have their own bike. In conclusion, we can only recommend the property. Price / LeistungTop”

“Beautiful, clean and newly furnished apartment on 1st and 2nd floor with roof terrace on 1st floor. We are kindly received by a nice landlord. We were 3 children of which the youngest still sleeps in a camping pool. This fit perfectly in our bedroom. Apartment is right next to the Italian restaurant La Grotta, but there is no inconvenience. You have to park your car a bit further by paying parking in the neighborhood. The apartment is located near the bike path which leads directly to the beach (half an hour cycling with children). You can also drive to the beach in Hargen within 10 minutes by car. The beach is very wide and both in Schoorl and in Hargen there is a great beach tent. In the midweek in May we were there was very nice weather, but still quiet on the strand.We enjoyed it very much and would like to come back again.”

“We would be very friendly received, nicely stood on the kitchen table already a small supply of coffee, tea and sugar. The apartment is bright and tastefully furnished with an idyllic roof terrace. We felt very comfortable there - except for the very steep staircase. Schoorl is a very pretty place, the ride by bike through the dunes to the beach was a treat.”
