This well-maintained holiday home for 3 people and with 1 bedroom is located in Medemblik, North-Holland. It is very suitable for a couple or a small family! The house has its own terrace with garden furniture, where you can enjoy the sun and your breakfast.

Medemblik is a municipality on the IJsselmeer, which means that you can enjoy wonderful water sports already within 1 km. The supermarket is 550 m away and the restaurants 800 m. You can also spend a day at Regatta Beach (2 km), where you can go sunbathing, walking, cycling and enjoy the surroundings. For golf enthusiasts, there is a golf course 4 km from the house.

This holiday home is spread over 2 floors. Downstairs, you will find the living room with a TV, Netflix and fun board games. You will also find a kitchenette and a luxurious bathroom here. PLEASE NOTE: Only the available microwave/grill may be used to prepare hot meals. Cooking on your own equipment brought from home is not allowed. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed. Outside, you will find a garden with a terrace and garden furniture; a wonderful place to relax.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 23 years of age are not permitted
The holiday home is situated on the same property as the house of the homeowner

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
