This beautiful holiday home has it all: a view over the meadows, close to a forest area, a sheltered and fenced garden, a sauna, a hot tub and a playground for the children. It can accommodate 10 people, which is especially suitable for several families or families.

The house is located in the Kempen, an area that extends beyond the Belgian border. Here you can enjoy walking and cycling. Burgundians will not be short of anything in Vessem. Restaurants, cafes and cozy terraces are plentiful. There are also plenty of day trips to take with children. Visit the Beekse Bergen safari park (20 minutes by car), the Efteling (40 minutes by car) or go for a swim at the beach in Eersel (10 minutes by car).

All rooms and bathrooms on the ground floor are easily accessible for people with walking difficulties. The 4 bedrooms are spacious and equipped with box-spring beds. There is a charging station for electric cars.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
