“Everything was very outdated, separate shower door, toilet, bathroom could not be used due to possible flooding, tap in 2nd shower room turned with difficulty, refrigerator did not work properly. Due to the central heating not working, everything was heated with 2 air conditioners. These were blowing all day at 23 degrees, which caused a lot of noise and draughts, bedside lamps did not work. The cupboards and drawers were too full. There were foodstuffs in them. We wondered how old it was. In the cupboard in the living room there was still an opened bag of prawn crackers. Outside, the garden was beautiful, but the swimming pool and slide were broken. Landlords were friendly and there was a nice welcome package ready, but this house really needs overdue maintenance.”

“We had a wonderful week in Sweikhuizen. The holiday home is cozy and comfortable and the location is fantastic. The village is beautiful and you can walk beautifully. We have made many trips, you can go in all directions. The owners are very cordial and helpful. We even received a generous welcome pack. We will definitely go there again!”

“jo and nora had it perfect again. in the house everything top and clean. a lovely garden for the dogs to run and seek the shade option under the trees.we were able to relax there again and they are both cozy and hospitable.because of the train strikes we could not come home by train and jo and nora are kind enough to bring us to utrecht selflessly. they are both top notch. respect for them and we would like to come back happy again next year.”

“This house is very bad. It is adjacent to the home of the owners who have 4 sheepdogs. You share the garden with the owner and especially the dogs. They are let out in the garden and pee and defecate everywhere and against everything. The photos of the garden with swimming pool, trampoline and slide is no longer up to date. It is all neglected and dirty. Definitely not recommended, especially if you think with small children .. that looks nice .. don't do it. nothing is what it seems. The house stinks. The house is located in a residential area. Cars rush past through the narrow road.”

“We have been to the holiday home in Sweikhuizen several times. The landlords are super nice and helpful. Everything you need to have a great vacation is in the house. The terrace with the pool is also very nice. We went there a week ago and will be back next year. Simply perfect for families, children and dogs. From there you can reach everything and the landscape there is wonderful. We are very satisfied with the landlords and also with Belvilla Service and can recommend it to others at any time.”

“The landlords, very nice people, live in the house next to the house. So you share the garden. They have 2 large shepherds and that was no success with our dog. So people kept their dogs inside as much as possible, which is super sweet, but you are constantly alert. House is very dated everything is from the 70s and 80s except the beds and the couch because that is really good!!”

Charming spacious house with everything you need: from dishwasher to salt shaker, 2 wide comfortable beds, more than enough bath and kitchen linen, ... Children enjoyed the garden, the swimming pool with slide, trampoline and games. The dog played with their dogs. Very nice was the walk together with accompanying treat by "our" hospitable couple. Enjoyed the "green" Dutch Limburg with Sweikhuizen as a mountain village because it surprised by the hilly surroundings. De Sjuur, a must 👍”
