Even before the entrance to Resort Maastricht, at the foot of the Dousberg, these highly luxurious villas immediately catch the eye as you drive up. There are various types, but they are all characterised by their sleek architecture and superb construction materials. You'll be pleased to know that the exterior is an indication of what you'll find inside: beautiful warm rooms featuring attractive furniture and modern elements such as a luxurious open-plan kitchen with cooking island.

Almost the entire rear facade of the villa is made of glass. Not only does help to create a sense of space, but this type of villa also offers a great view of the pond. Of course, you can also view the pond up close. The patio doors in the living room open directly onto the garden, which has a jetty at the end with comfortable seating.

Although most of the rooms in and around the villa are designed to allow you to sit together as a group, all bedrooms are set up to guarantee privacy as well. An en-suite bathroom for each bedroom plays a part in this. The two bedrooms on the first floor also feature a large shared balcony.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
