This detached, restyled villa is located at Holiday Park Weerterbergen, located at 30 km from the city of Eindhoven.

The villa covers two floors and is furnished in a comfortable and complete way. On the ground floor, you will find a living room and open plan kitchen with, among other things, a microwave and a dishwasher. There are also two bedrooms (one double bedroom and a 3-person bedroom), each with its own bathroom with shower. There is a separate toilet in the hall. On the first floor, there are five more bedrooms (two double and three triple) and three bathrooms, two with a shower and one with a bathtub. One of the bathrooms features a traditional sauna. Here, you can relax and enjoy your well-deserved holiday to the fullest. There also is a separate toilet on the landing. All beds are of the single type. box-spring bed, whether or not in a 2-pers. setup.

Outside you have a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There's a storage room and parking space for two cars directly at the villa.

At Vakantiepark Weerterbergen, you can book various villas and bungalows for four to twenty-four people.

You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately
Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted
This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
Pets will be allowed on request only and a mandatory final cleaning fee applies
Pets need to be mentioned during the booking process due to limited availability

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
