About the holiday home

This cosy holiday home is located in the hills of southern Limburg, in the picturesque village of Margraten. The house is an ideal base for visiting, for example, Maastricht, Valkenburg or Aachen. The various cycling, mountain biking and hiking routes offer plenty of opportunities for sports enthusiasts.

The house is authentically and comfortably furnished and is located on the property of the homeowner. It has 3 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom and a terrace with garden furniture.

“Very old house. Small kitchen no workspace on the kitchen top. Actually no place for the coffee machine. Small TV. Stove in the room!!. Bank is very bad.!! Carpets everywhere on the floor in shower and toilet not hygienic. Not fresh .. bedding from twenty years ago . Bed that raakt. Thought that Bellvilla rented out the better segment of houses. you more luxury. I live spacious than you expect this on your holiday. The first time at Belvilla do not know whether this has a sequel Greeting Bert young”

“We go once a year with our parents a week away and their choice had fallen this year on this holiday home. On the site it looked cozy and intimate out. But at home it seems like a kind of small thrift store. The only window in the living room looked out onto a blank wall two feet away from the window. Our parents were very disappointed. The plumbing is outdated. There was not a view of the beautiful surroundings just walls and a high hedge. You would even have to go to review. Along itself Definitely not worth the money for this house. Hopefully you do something about it. Not a good advertisement for Belvilla.”

“We had a great holiday in Honthem with our 2 year old daughter. The cottage has an excellent location for cycling / walking (also for the average cyclist) and trips by car. The cottage is cozy, but very old and very small. The kitchen is located partly in the living room (the kitchen). The bathroom is spacious, but the shower is located under a low sloping ceiling, upright showering difficult. One of the double bedrooms is spacious. For our daughter was a camp bed available, in one of the bedrooms could be transferred. There is plenty of privacy. There is no lawn, but a large terrace, which also serves as parking for the auto.Er is enough space in the garage of the owner to the bikes and bike carrier to stables.”
