Resort Arcen offers a choice of different six-person accommodations. The villas are very comfortably furnished. They each have three bedrooms and two bathrooms and are perfect for two families. There are terraced villas, NL-5944-16, and detached villas, NL-5944-17. There are also detached chalets, NL-5944-18. These have air-conditioning and other amenities. This part of the park is car-free which makes it highly suitable for young families. There are also Finnish bungalows, NL-5944-19. Their interiors are largely made of wood. This part of the park is also car-free. The central parking area has baggage carts for your use. All accommodations have a private terrace with outdoor furniture.

You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately
If permission is not given for your pet then entry to the park and the reserved accommodation may be refused upon arrival
Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted
This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
Pets will be allowed on request only and a mandatory final cleaning fee applies
Pets need to be mentioned during the booking process due to limited availability

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
