In the peaceful locality of Bemelen, you will find this spacious 8-bedroom farmhouse to host up to 18 people. Suitable for large families and friends, this holiday home also features a shared terrace with garden furniture to relax and enjoy the scenic views.

There is a dense forest, 1 km away, where you can take peaceful walks and enjoy hiking. The bustling town centre is 3 km away, perfect for a shopping spree at the supermarkets and restaurant-hopping. You can even experience the nightlife, 3 km away.

On the ground floor, the hallway will lead to a tastefully decorated living room and a large kitchen. There is a central heating facility to keep you cosy indoors. The host also welcomes a maximum of 2 pets for € 10/Pet/Stay.

Public transport is available 1 km away from the farmhouse.

These additional costs must be paid locally to the homeowner:
- Deposit: €350 refunded 14 days after departure (You must pay the deposit in cash upon arrival)

“Well located house as a base for walking, cycling and city trips. Twenty minutes by bike to the center of Maastricht. Complete furnishing. House less suitable for a group of 18 people. Two kitchens for cooking and then eating separately. Also 2 separate sitting rooms, not a large group room. Fondues and gourmet meals are not allowed due to the presence of a fire alarm system that is too sharply adjusted. Steam from showers can also activate a fire alarm system. Great terrace with picnic benches.”

“No reception, we obtained the key through a safe of which we received the code on the day. Poor impression of the accommodation: the kitchen is not equipped to cook for large masses and only one large and one small refrigerator. The terrace is on the outside of the farm and we had to share it with another group. However, a nice view from the terrace. There are also other permanent residents in another part of the farm.”

“Check a little unclear, key was at a different address than aangegeven.Het house was neat, renew some improvement punten.Oa.de door handle, in one of the showers at the front lingers a certain exhaust air, which in summer more smell .There is only one key, which is not convenient for you to do more Dan1 family in so bent.Het a house is not as nice as being promoted, but a very nice layout.”

“Many additional costs and NOT clean. Was not succes.Het house was big enough, the keys were told how we had to make the clean up this part of the huisregels.In the house arrived the house was far from clean. Hairs on nightstand, lens found in the sink, pillows (were not really pillows, far too small) not clean, etc. When we party there on claims which had the key, he did not respond real, via Belvilla regularly, he said and nothing has been done with the complaint. Not passed on to anyone else that there is responsible. Cleaning costs are not tender, and you may also have self-cleaning for that money before you can go slapen.Kortom this was a lot of money for a dirty house and poor service. In addition, we initially had another home in mind. Due to the slow response of Belvilla this house is not made on time and passed in front of us. Given the high season we were forced to rent a more expensive home, this house so what also proved a fiasco.”

“We have been very cozy inside our house. Apart from a strong sewer air in one of the bathrooms the house is very confortable and cozy with different spaces where one can occasionally pull back. And our 7 kids had a wonderful n "their" appartement.Helaas beats the view not quite the picture "s. And because we had not read the reviews we were unpleasantly surprised by a second group as close neighbors with very friendly but very loud German youth. Loud music and late cheerful voices under our bedroom window ..... That was pretty bad.”
