Our cottage on this holiday park has a beautiful location. Relax and unwind in the healthy nature, with or without a book. The green surroundings also invite you to exercise, it is wonderful in the open air, walking and cycling opportunities are endless. Many cycling and walking routes take you to the most beautiful places. You are in the border park Kempen-broek where the nature reserve De Luysen is located and you can visit it on foot. You can also go back in time by visiting the many mills on both sides of the border and enjoy a delicious beer, often brewed locally. If the weather gods are against you, you can go to Roermond with a beautiful old center and the largest outlet center in Europe.

Upon entering you will find a spacious living room with a complete sitting area and dining table. Both offer space for 6 people. The kitchen is open and has a large inventory. It is also equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a 4-burner gas stove and a kettle. A coffee maker, Senseo and a microwave are also present. You can play freely around the bungalow.

The park has a jeu de boules court, a volleyball court and a number of playground equipment. Next to the park is a restaurant (Nieuw Vosseven).

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 22 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
