The one-storey house has a simple, comfortable style. The large Majorcan entrance leads to the living-dining room, featuring satellite TV, a fireplace, and a dining table for four. The semi-open kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, and the separate laundry room has a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There are two bedrooms, each with twin beds and a wardrobe, both with direct access to the first bathroom, which has a bathtub. A second bathroom with a shower completes the layout. For families with babies, a cot and high chair are available. The house also offers gas central heating.

Located in the countryside, the property is just 4 km from Son Servera, where you'll find supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. The closest beach, Sa Marjal, is 7.5 km away, with other beautiful beaches nearby. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the nearby Golf Pula course, just 5.2 km away.

Note: Pets are not allowed, and events are prohibited. Exterior parking for 2 cars and 1 additional space in the garage.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
