The outdoor area of this charming townhouse is ideal for summer relaxation near the sea. It features a private chlorine pool measuring 5.50 x 3 meters with a depth of 1.60 meters. Enjoy sunbathing on the loungers, having drinks at the outdoor table under the parasol, or grilling on the porch next to the house. The property is fenced and located in the village center with nearby neighbors.

The house has a cozy traditional style, all on the ground floor. The dining-living room includes a fireplace, Smart TV, satellite channels, and a table for six. The separate kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and washing machine. There are four bedrooms—two with double beds and two with twin beds—along with two bathrooms with showers. An iron and ironing board are provided, and a crib and high chair are available upon request. All rooms feature air conditioning with heat pumps.

Portocolom is a popular destination in Mallorca, a charming fishing village with all necessary services like supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. Cala Marçal, the main beach with white sand and clear waters, is just over a kilometer away. After a beach day, enjoy strolling along the seashore or exploring the narrow streets filled with boutiques and souvenir shops.

Guests will not have access to the upper floor, which is closed. Pets are not allowed, and events are forbidden.

Distances include the beach at 1.3 km, Airport at 60.3 km, Golf course at 4.7 km, and the town just 0.01 km away.

Tourist license: ETVPL/15109. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) is payable in cash at check-in, varying from 0.55€/night to 2.2€/night per guest, reduced by half from the ninth day of stay. Guests under 16 are exempt.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
