At Resort De Achterhoek, two types of stone villas have recently been added to the programme.

For instance, the NL-7241-40 is a spacious 6-person villa with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom and one bathroom. All bedrooms have two 1-person beds, even if they are in a 2-person arrangement. There is a toilet both on the ground floor and the first floor.

NL-7241-41 is also located on the waterfront. This 6-person villa is also spacious and features four bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor in addition to the living room and kitchen, there is a bedroom with two 1-person beds in 2-person arrangements and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. On the first floor, there are another three bedrooms with four 1-person beds in total, either in a single or 2-person arrangement. There is also a second bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.

Both villas are modern and fully furnished. In the living room, you have underfloor heating. The kitchen has many built-in appliances, including a combination microwave oven and dishwasher and coffee machine. All beds are box-spring beds. There is a garden with terrace and garden furniture and a parking space by the villa for one car. Many villas have free WiFi.

Type homes are divided into categories. Because these are private properties, they were decorated according to the owner’s personal taste and surface area, furnishing and size may vary – the level of comfort is as described, however. The arrangement of beds (sleeping places, separate beds or double beds) depends on the owner and cannot be determined beforehand. The pictures on display here serve as an example only

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
