In the heart of the Ardèche, in a village full of character, you will find this attractive holiday home with modern comforts. It is ideal for relaxing holidays with family or friends.

The shops and the supermarket can be reached on foot in just 5 minutes, through the picturesque, narrow streets. The residence is 8 km from Ruoms and 15 km from Vallon Pont d'Arc; ideal for exploring the southern part of the Ardèche. You can swim and canoe thanks to the presence of 3 famous rivers: the Ardèche, the Beaume and the Chassezac. A visit to the Alphonse Daudet Museum is also worthwhile. You will discover how the life of the farmers used to be. The region has many villages full of character, as well as impressive castles and Romanesque churches.

The house is blessed with comfortable bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. It also has its own bubble bath and a cellar with a play area for the children. The neighbouring hotel, 200 metres away, offers free access to the swimming pool.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
