This luxurious, spacious detached villa on the grounds of 'Hoeve Bouwlust' has an area of 150 m² and is fully equipped. A luxurious kitchen, a spacious bright living room with decorative fireplace, four bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, offer the comfort you can expect from a villa. The interior of the house offers you a pleasant stay on Texel. The living room is adjacent to a west-facing terrace, where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the vast Krimbos. The immediate surroundings also have the quality that you can expect from this house. In the center of De Cocksdorp, 400 meters from your villa, you will find shops and restaurants.

This new Luxury Villa has on the ground floor an entrance with toilet, a utility room with washing/drying machine, a spacious living room with decorative fireplace, a luxurious open kitchen and a bedroom with bathroom. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and a separate toilet. The bedrooms are equipped with single box-spring beds. The terrace is located on the west. Fully equipped luxury kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher. In the utility room you will find the washing machine and dryer. You can park your bicycles in the lockable central bicycle shed.

The island of Texel offers you many cycling and hiking trails. The bicycle is the ideal means of transport for your holiday. All sights, activities and villages with terraces and shops are a short distance from each other.
Take the children to the Caluna swimming paradise or to the seals in Ecomare. Don't forget to stop along the way in Den Burg and De Koog for a delicious drink or dinner on one of the many terraces.
For hikers, the nature reserve "de Slufter" is highly recommended. One of the most unique hiking experiences on the island has to be a guided mudflat hike. Don't miss it and book a holiday on this fantastic island!

Particularities:
- You can park your car at your villa and there is a lockable central bicycle shed for bicycles
charging options.
- During your stay you will also receive a 25% discount on the bicycle rental in the bicycle shop on the Kikkerstraat.
- Made beds. If you use the camp bed, you must bring your own sheets and blankets.

This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
