“arrival was fine. The accommodation was good in itself, we were not aware that there was no double bed, but 2 high / low beds that were fairly dated. In the other very small bedroom there were two single beds that we could have used as well but these beds were very narrow and the bedroom very small for sleeping several nights. We also found the bathroom very dated. Surroundings are beautiful.”

“Our chalet used to explore Texel. Ecomare Juttersmuseum, Kaap Skil Lighthouse visited. Highly recommended. Unfortunately the weather was a bit disappointing regular rain and very strong winds. We certainly go back but Texel to explore by bike.”

“Everything was just right in the house, also the division. The interior is functional and self-catering everything was available. This house is designed for people with disabilities and meets the requirements very well. The only thing we noticed that the house is very noisy, ie has thin walls. The bathroom has only a sliding door and thus all sounds are perceived in the living room.”

About the holiday home

The cosy and pleasantly decorated chalets are located in a separate part of Holiday park De Krim. As they are built in a dune landscape, you will have enough privacy in your chalet. You have the choice of three different types, each suitable for a maximum of 4 persons; the NL-1795-15 with sauna, the NL-1795-16 with a bathroom in each of the two bedrooms, or a chalet suitable for the disabled, NL-1795-17. The latter has a kitchen with space below the worktops, a shower with a lowered floor, wall handles and foldable shower seat, an adjustable sink, elevated toilet and two adapted beds in one of the bedrooms (with parrot, 4 braking wheels, electrical adjustment, fall security and adjustable back rest and foot end).
