About the holiday home

Located in Buren, this villa is perfect for a fantastic vacation on an island. Through the dune path you can easily reach the sea after a walk of only 800 m.

Thatched houses in the place give a picturesque sight. You are in an extremely beautiful place with attractions like Friesland, Ameland, Nes and Buren nearby. Hollum is great to visit and admire the monumental buildings and nostalgic streets. You can try climbing the lighthouse and enjoy the breathtaking view. Spend time in solitude enjoying nature at the nearby forest at 100 m. You can enjoy a swim from the sea at 800 m. Restaurants and supermarkets lie 1 km away.

The villa is warm and cozy with the central floor heating and the stove in the living room. 2 children's beds are provided for the kids. You can relax outdoors on the terrace awhile kids can have fun playing in the garden with the play equipment.

Public transport is at 200 m.

It was a pity that the garbage was in front of the door upon arrival and that there were still installation booklets, etc., on the floor under the furniture in the bathroom. Toilet upstairs was not completely clean, that could be better. Charging station for the car is another plus now you have to walk fifteen minutes to the public charging station.”

“super nice house, furniture is also fine. on arrival everything was neat and clean. 1 tip the floating parasol outside is stacked with stones so that it does not blow over. maybe you can dig these into the ground so you don't have all those stones around it. and it is quite low. grown people have to constantly bend over to sit under it or want to get under it. everything else is great!!!”

“We really enjoyed the house and the area. The location is great, within 5 minutes you are on the beach! Within walking distance a nice beach bar and a restaurant to sit on the terrace in the sun. The house is fully equipped, only the Nespresso machine may need to be replaced, no further comments! We enjoyed!”

The peace and quiet is really great on the edge of the forest, the bunnies just hop around the house and if you are lucky you will also spot a deer in the garden. “Accommodation is outdated, inventory has had its best time and needs replacing. The accommodation is too small for 8 adults. Washer and dryer finally found under the house through separate outside door in a messy filthy basement. Garden furniture suitable for 6 people and certainly not for 8. Hardly any sun on the terrace due to location and bushes, for which not a 2nd sun terrace? On arrival, the dishwasher was still full of previous guests. Refrigerator way too small for 8 adults. Environment beautiful and distance to beach was perfect.”
