“According to the unclear description there were 4 bathrooms. There were only 3 so that a bathroom had to be shared. In the upstairs rooms there was not enough cleaning. The sand was still on the ground. In the toilet the towel was not replaced. The material is just enough for 8 people. An aperitif glass would certainly not be out of place. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful region.”

This beautiful villa in De Koog, is set on the edge of the unique natural area 'De Dennen', which is part of the 'Texel Dunes' National Park. With 4 bedrooms to house 8 people, bubble bath and charging post for charging cars, it is perfect for nature lovers.
Enjoy walking and hiking at the surrounding forest area. Sea beach is 1 km away, where water sports can also be enjoyed. The nearest supermarket and restaurants are 1 km away. The town centre is 2.5 km away, where you will find all the facilities.

The bright living room, with modern interiors, gives access to a private terrace with a lovely seating area and large garden. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a bubble bath, where you can warm up. Washing machine, central heating, barbecue and parking is also there for your convenience. Being a child-friendly home, cot and high chair are also available. Max. 1 pet is allowed for € 7,50/night.
