You can moor a boat at the quay and there is a jetty. For a fee you can lie longer.

The wood-fired hot tub is in the front yard and overlooks the lawn. The chalet is located on a cul-de-sac and is the last house on the street. So you can enjoy peace and quiet here.

You are only 10 minutes by boat from the IJselmeer. The nearest supermarket is 5 km away in the neighboring village of Lemmer. Here you will also find beautiful beaches and cozy terraces.

In the front garden, which is separated by a wooden fence, is a gravel field where the hot tub is also located. So there is no through street with traffic or passersby. The combination lock for the hot tub is listed in the folder present in the chalet or you can also ask the manager/contact person present.

The luxury kitchen is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals. The house has heating throughout and it is lovely to stay even on colder days.


For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
