“Despite a number of positive points to this holiday home, still disappointed in the price-quality of the holiday home. We hoped to have found a good (somewhat luxurious) holiday home that was close to the water, so that we could also sail a lot in our small sailing boat. That was certainly successful and very nice was the private mooring place, which belonged to the house and which was 50 meters away from the house. Also very satisfied with the space around the house and the possibility to simply close it off with a temporary fence, so that our dogs could walk freely around the house, without us having to worry that they would run away. And another positive point about the house were the mosquito nets. Mosquito nets were installed in almost all windows, so that we had relatively few problems with mosquitoes and other flying vermin. Lesser points to the house were: The "third bedroom". This was not really a bedroom, but a "low" open attic space directly above the stairwell. So super noisy. Noise nuisance from the adjacent park "De Kuilart". On the one hand from the play / football field which was directly behind our house, but even more annoying was the almost constant (and quite loud) hum of the air treatment system of the swimming pool. This did not really stimulate to relax in the garden. The relevant park "De Stringen" where this house is located is also not very friendly for dog owners. Hardly any possibilities to wall with your dog. Other than, by getting in the car and driving to the nearby dog forest. And the last thing that disappointed us was the lack of options in the house to separate waste. This was not taken into account at all in terms of waste bins present. In summary: next time another holiday home for us.”

It is also possible to rent a boat from the landlord. The disadvantage is that the Kuilart's entertainment was on a pitch directly next to this house, which makes it quite noisy. The house has three bedrooms, but the third bedroom is in the attic and The (sloping) ceiling is very low, so only suitable for small children.”
