The holiday home is located at resort Harderwold, on the edge of the Harderbos. Start the day with a walk or visit the centre of Zeewolde (11 km) for fresh rolls from the bakery. In summer you can sunbathe at the Flevostrand (3.8 km) and you can play golf at the nearby golf club (300 m). Thanks to its central location Amsterdam and Utrecht are also possibilities.

The Harderwold Villa Resort is a fireworks-free zone. No fireworks are allowed throughout the year. At 22:00 hours it should be quiet in the park. Be quiet on the park. Loud music is not allowed during the day. For a complete overview of the park rules, please go to the park's website.

A charging point for electric cars is available; in connection safety it is prohibited to charge an electric car via the holiday home's regular power network of the holiday home.

Organising student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties in this house is prohibited. This holiday home is available exclusively for recreational purposes. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation fees will be charged

Due to construction work in the vicinity of your villa, there may be possible limited inconvenience.

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
