“The house was clean and there was nothing in the kitchen that I missed. Everything is there: coffee machine, juicer, Senseo, etc. The house with the best equipment so far and I've been there 10 times. Der Besitzer des Hauses sollte jedoch in einigen Punkten nachbessern.”

“We went on holiday in August in a house with a booking from Belvilla. When we got there it was great at first sight. Beautiful house and a jacuzzi. After walking around for a while, the children came downstairs with the announcement that the bathroom is dirty, there are all hairs on the floor and in the well. The downstairs bathroom was just dirty just like upstairs. If I took something from the kitchen, I first had to see if there was no silverfish in it. We encountered these critters everywhere ourselves in bed. And at night if you felt itchy, it was also these critters that walked over you. We found that very dirty. The egg cups were completely covered in dust and so on. It was certainly not clean in the house. we made it a nice holiday and it was too hot to worry about these things. The jacuzzi was also wonderful, especially when it cooled down a bit in the evening. Came home came the cold shower. We were charged € 181 because they changed the water in the jacuzzi by a company. We wouldn't have left that behind. But with the 35 degrees it is not surprising that hot water becomes cloudy. The bacteria grow luxuriantly with these August temperatures. Especially after 1 week. So we paid for the maintenance of the jacuzzi and the cleaning costs of the house were also € 200, while we had to do a lot of cleaning ourselves during our stay. We left the house cleaner than when we found it. I find that outrageous. And after having placed a complaint for a refund of the cleaning costs (after we had received the bill for the jacuzzi) if we wanted to send photos of the dirty things in the house. Well from now on I will first take photos of everything before my vacation is about to start so that I can prove later that it was dirty.
