This attractive vacation home is located in Exloo.
In the village still leaves an authentic sheep flock, Drenthe Heath Sheep, whose cage is located in the middle of the village. The sheep walk to the moor and afternoon at 1600 hours they come back, a beautiful sight.

The house can accommodate up to 18 guests and has 6 bedrooms.
Guests are allowed unlimited coffee and tea.
There is a professional catering kitchen in it which is great cooking and all rooms have private bathroom and sanitary facilities.
In the garden there is seating for everyone.

The Forest is 200 m away from the accommodation.
The cottage is just 700 m from the restaurant where you can try different types of dishes.
The nearest public swimming pool is 800 m from the vacation home.
Local supermarkets are 700 m from the house.

You have access to the terrace for a delicious family brunch in the sun.
Cribs, sandbox and high chairs are available in or around the house.
There is central heating to keep warm inside.

This group accommodation can accommodate 21 people. Groups with more than 18 persons can rent an extra bedroom with bathroom for 3 persons (40,- euro per night).

The house owner lives in the adjacent house. The vacation home is NOT rented to youth groups.

Information about arrival and departure:
Weekend (2 nights): arrival Friday from 16: 00, departure until Sunday 18: 00.
Long weekend (3 nights): arrival on Friday from 16:00 pm, departure until Monday 10:00 am
Midweek (4 nights): arrival monday from 16:00 pm, departure friday 10:00 am
week; Monday to Monday or Friday to Friday (7 nights): Arrival from 4:00 p.m., departure until 10:00 a.m.



For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
The holiday home is situated on the same property as the house of the homeowner
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
