Pretty residence with 17 residential units and elevator in the quiet part of Bibione Spiaggia, just 300 meters from the beach. You live in modernly furnished holiday apartments with good facilities and a balcony. You can really enjoy your vacation days under the Italian sun.
Bibione beach is a good eight kilometers long and up to 400 meters wide and is one of the largest beaches in all of Italy. Cleanliness and service are very important here, so there are many areas with parasols and loungers, cabins and showers as well as numerous refreshment areas with snacks. Free sports offerings with trained instructors and ideal conditions for many types of water sports, including courts for beach volleyball, boccia and beach tennis, make Bibione beach so popular. The many shops and boutiques as well as numerous restaurants and cafés in town also offer variety.

Activities nearby: What many people don't know: In addition to the kilometer-long beach and the lively town, Bibione also offers a 360 hectare nature reserve - the Valgrande. You can explore this on foot, by bike or on horseback. You follow the scent and play of colors of the plants on numerous hidden paths to unexpectedly find your way into a piece of paradise. Since 1600, this valley has not experienced any major changes and thanks to the preserved balance, a great biodiversity has been able to develop.

The final cleaning must be carried out by the customer or can alternatively be booked on site for a fee of EUR 55.

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Final cleaning by the guest. (Youth) groups not allowed.
For youth groups an increased deposit of 300,- € has to be paid.
Groups under the age of 18 are not accepted by the landlord and the car park is only suitable for normal-sized cars. No space can be guaranteed for minivans or SUVs.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
