About the holiday home

This stylish cottage is located in Bettona. Ideal for a family or a small group, it can accommodate 5 guests and has 2 bedrooms. This has a shared swimming pool and terrace for you to enjoy and relax.

The nearest grocery store is only 3 km from the cottage. Dine out the nearest restaurant only 5 km from the stay. The tourist information centre is only a short drive away. Nearby places to visit include Bettona, Torgiano, and Assisi.
An air conditioning, central heating and fireplace is in place for you to have a comfortable stay. Children’s bed and play equipment are offered to you, if travelling with your little ones. Boules court is available for recreational purposes.

You can check-in between 4-6 PM and check-out can be done from 9-10 AM.

Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately

“Very nice and quiet holiday home. Beautiful view and very beautiful garden. The swimming pool can only officially be used from July, but we were able to use it in mid-June. Nice owner, but he was not present when we arrived. The house also had some flaws, such as a loose toilet seat and you had to buy a lot yourself for cooking (olive oil and pepper, for example). Location is perfect, close to Bettona, Assisi and Perugia, among others. All in all we enjoyed it very much!”

“The combined house was very spacious and comfortable. The host was very nice and so was his dog. The accommodation needed some maintenance though. The sink was a bit clogged up, nothing was really clean and some of the appliances needed to be renewed. We chose this accommodation partly because of the child friendliness with a playground and because of the possibility to dine at its restaurant. However the only thing that was left from what used to be a playground was a swing. Everything else was broken because of a lack of maintenance. And the restaurant was closed. So that part was a bummer. But the surroundings are beautiful. The scenery is great and the host is very nice. So that makes up for that part. In conclusion the accommodation is conformable and spacious on a great location with beautiful views. Accompanied with the host and his dog makes it a great stay. Especially when traveling without children.”

“HI, we are having a great time here. This has mainly to do with the environment and the peace that we find here. There are a few small things that we think could be better.1) No one was there when we were due to arrive. Quickly on the spot after calling 2) Cottages were decorated differently and therefore different than on the website. 3) Poor to no wifi and had to ask 3x before it was resolved. Still bad connection. 4) Some items that we normally expect in a kitchen such as cutting board, kettle etc were not present. Tea towels also had to be asked extra.5) There was almost no hot water, it was a lukewarm shower. The owner responded helpfully and perhaps it is our Dutch expectation that we have to adjust to Italian usage. In any case, we will continue enjoy nature, culture and being away from the rushed environment ;-). Greetings Willemien and MIchel”

“Good accommodation in a beautiful, quiet spot with a panoramic view of Assisi. The fact that there was a large swimming pool, air conditioning and mosquito nets in the house was a big plus. A few other houses but everyone's privacy was certainly guaranteed. Very friendly host.Who loves nature and culture: come to Bettona!”

“The apartments are in a beautiful place. We had a view of the Umbrian hills with olive trees and Assisi. Nearby beautiful places with lots of culture, history and delicious food. The owners of the apartments are very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is delicious.”
